I want to do a mass build for my next little project.
I know there are a bunch of good programs out there, but I’m wondering who (not necessarily an individual) in your opinion has the best mass building program out there?
I haven’t been trying to “build mass,” so I’m “prime for the pickins”. A good program should yield some real decent results in 6 weeks.

Mark Rippetoe has the single greatest mass building program. I have seen tremendous gains from countless people in this program. http://www.startingstrength.net

Looks like Mr Rippetoe is the leader so far! He is an excellent coach and a very knowledgable individual in his area of expertise
