Paleo Cauliflower Pizza

This version of paleo cauliflower pizza was not completely paleo, but it could be if you pre-shopped.

2 cups riced cauliflower
Just grade cauliflower & nuke for 8 minutes.

2 cups cheese (Mozzarella)
For paleo, use almond cheese.

2 whole eggs

1/4 cup almond flour
I’ll use a 1/2 cup next time.

  1. Pre-heat oven to 450°F
  2. Mix chz/eggs/almond flour all together in to a big ball
  3. Grease the cooking sheet.
  4. Spread even like a crust about 10″
  5. Spice with pizza spices, Italian seasoning, spaghetti spices, etc..

Bake for about 16 minutes (Just watch it. I used a quiche dish).

1 small can of tomato paste (or pizza sauce?) spread around.
If “tomato paste” re-spice again as it can be bland by itself.

About 3/4ish cup cheese of choice on top.
I did use almond cheddar style cheese here.

Put back in oven for few minutes to melt the cheese.

Put whatever you want on top. Enjoy!
