Soy is crap. You should stay away. Start looking at your food labels. They inject this goo into about everything. Not sure who he is, but here’s DR. Mercola’s website for more info

Hey, just found you from Rusty’s site. Cool video, never seen it but I’ve read some articles about this garbage as well. Keep up the good work!

I’ve always had a bad feeling about soy, even before I knew it was bad. Maybe it was the constant marketing about how good it is for you.

My cousin was a vegan eating that Tofu all the time. Ended up growing himself a set of “bitch tits” if you’ll excuse my French.

    Eat meat ;)

Just kidding. I just can’t imagine totally giving up animal proteins. Especially for a diet probably high in grains and the like? Never for me, unless animal proteins started making me deathly ill.

I’m not a vegetarian nutritionist, but I imagine beans, nuts, grains. I’ve cut out two of the three of those and never felt better!

lol you shouldn’t be so paranoid, soy in normal qtys is good for you. It’s very low in fat, high and protein and has maybe a dozen naturally occuring essential nutrients in it. If you eat a lot of it, thats probably bad for you but the same is true for almost anything. For example, if you consume too much protein your body can’t handle it and it turns toxic. Or if you eat a lot of nuts like almonds, they contain a natural form of HCN (hydrogen cyanide) that will give you bad diarhea (hehe). But they are still very good for you in normal quantities!

    I wouldn’t say paranoid ;)

I don’t eat processed foods anymore (which almost all soy containing in some form). I’ll be full paleo soon and wont be eating any grains/beans if I can help it anyway. Just wanted to pass the information along.
